What if Making One Small Change Today Could

Change the World You and Your Children Live In?

I guess as you‘re here, you‘re probably interested in being the best mother you can be, and supporting your child's development in any way you can. Let's face it, most of us feel that despite our best efforts, there is still a lot more we could do if we only had more time, more energy, more support, more money or more sleep!

Well, that's certainly how I felt when my children were younger. And, even though mothers are more educated, more independent, more successful and are used to being more in control these days, there seems to be a corresponding increase in the number of women who find mothering incredibly difficult. Perhaps this has been your experience too?

So, why should that be the case? Why is it that being a mother can sometimes feel more challenging than co-ordinating a company merger? Surely it can't be that difficult? Afterall, women have done it for centuries! At least, that's what I kept telling myself.

It’s a little embarrassing to admit that it took me nearly 20 years, 3 children, 3 step children, a psychotherapy training, years of research and clinical experience only to work it all out.....just as my children are about to leave home!

But having found those “missing pieces” of the mothering puzzle, I’ve enjoyed sharing them with friends, family, patients - in fact, any mother who was interested. And, like me, they have been surprised at how much more energy they feel, how much more time is free, how they get treated better, how they feel better, and best of all, how much of a difference the changes make to their children’s happiness and wellbeing.

Like me, they have made comments like:

“Oh, now I understand...”
“If only I knew that before, when my kids were young...”
“Why aren’t we told these things?”
“It’s so obvious now!”
“I thought I was the only one!”
“It would have been so much easier...”

In fact, I have been asked by so many mothers now to share with them these ‘missing pieces” that I have put all the information together on this site. After all, being a mother these days (yes, even if they are leaving home) means multitasking and streamlining. And, even though I want to share this info with as many mothers as possible, I would much rather be spending time with my family, than repeating the same information over and over again...however valueable!

So, introduce yourself below and on the very next page, I will share with you the simple techniques, tips and strategies that helped transform my life, and my children’s, along with the many other mothers who have enjoyed it too. It’s all there, it’s free and you’ll wonder why you struggled for so long.

I look forward to seeing you there,
